Our logical intervention model explicitly links the activities we carry out to the lasting transformations observed across Cameroonian territories.
A results chain in the service of strategic steering
This logical framework guides the design of our programs, the definition of our monitoring and evaluation indicators, and our dialogue with technical and financial partners. It distinguishes four levels of results, from operational action to structural transformation.

Theory of Change Assumptions
- If the diaspora has structured channels to mobilize its skills and capital, then it invests more, and more sustainably, in Cameroonian territories.
- If local authorities receive continuous technical support, then their capacity to design and implement development projects improves durably.
- If skills transfers are sustained over time, then local economic ecosystems gain in resilience and competitiveness.
Monitoring and Accountability
Each level of the results chain is associated with quantitative and qualitative indicators, collected annually and presented in our impact dashboard as well as in our reports to our partners.
This results-based approach allows us to continuously adjust our programs and to report transparently on the diaspora's real contribution to Cameroon's development.
