Methodology: this dashboard follows the structure of the organization's logframe — the Impact, Outcome, Output and Activity levels — with quantified targets over a 1, 3 and 5-year horizon for each indicator. These targets are published objectives, to be refined by the validation survey planned for the start-up phase. Each indicator has a definition sheet (calculation method, collection frequency, owner, alert threshold) validated by the Board of Directors; actual values will be published after each annual reporting cycle. This view is distinct from the public Impact page, which is more concise and intended for the general public.
